COMELEC Taps The Internet To Connect With Youth Voters

MANILA, Philippines--Commission on Elections spokesperson James Jimenez shows how the poll body is now using online social networks like Facebook, Multiply and micro-blogging services like Plurk to encourage voters to register or reactivate their registration for the 2010 local and national elections.
